About The Role
CrossExamined International is looking for a Content Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional with experience in video and audio production, content repurposing, and digital storytelling. You will work closely with our international team to produce high-quality apologetics content that engages a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production
- Edit and produce compelling video content using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and AI video tools.
- Enhance storytelling with motion graphics, transitions, overlays, and sound design.
- Optimize videos for YouTube, social media, and other digital platforms.
Podcast Production
- Extract and refine audio from video content for podcast distribution.
- Use Adobe Audition (or similar tools) to clean, enhance, and master audio.
- Create intros, outros, and transitions for a professional podcast experience.
Content Repurposing & Optimization
- Adapt video and audio content for various platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
- Assist in structuring content for long-term usability and archiving.
- Tag, organize, and categorize content for easy retrieval.
Graphic Design (Preferred, But Not Required)
- Create or modify basic graphics for videos and social media using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Manage and track content production tasks using Monday.com or similar tools.
- Work closely with the translation team to produce multilingual content.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain content workflow efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong video production and editing skills with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or 3rd party AI video tools.
- Proficiency in audio editing using Adobe Audition or comparable software.
- Experience in content repurposing for social media, YouTube, and podcasting.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Basic graphic design skills (preferred, but not required).
- Familiarity with Christian apologetics (a foundational understanding is required).
Requirements
- Full-time, remote position.
- Must have own computer (we may provide an SSD for additional storage).
- Must have reliable high-speed internet.

- Experience working in a faith-based organization.
