About CrossExamined

CrossExamined.org, Inc. is a global Christian Apologetics Ministry. Founded by Dr. Frank Turek. We exist to present clear, compelling, and reasonable evidence for Christianity, equipping Christians to think critically, engage confidently, and articulate their faith with clarity, while also inviting seekers to cross-examine Christianity.

Position Overview

This position is best suited for a full-stack developer with strong expertise in systems architecture, custom plugin and code development, database design, and server management. As part of CrossExamined.org, Inc., this role goes beyond traditional webmaster duties by combining hands-on execution with strategic technical leadership to support a growing global digital presence.

In this role, you will take ownership of the organization’s web ecosystem—including primary websites, localized content platforms, and integrations across digital channels—ensuring performance, security, scalability, and reliability. You will actively contribute to development efforts by building and maintaining custom features, optimizing site architecture, managing APIs and third-party integrations, and improving overall user experience across devices and regions.

At the same time, you will help shape and implement the technical roadmap, aligning infrastructure decisions with organizational priorities and long-term growth. This includes evaluating and deploying new technologies, improving workflows, and establishing best practices for code quality, version control, and deployment.

The role balances day-to-day responsibilities—such as content updates, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and maintenance—with leading larger development initiatives that enhance functionality, expand global reach, and support multilingual delivery. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with content, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure technology effectively serves the mission.

Success in this position requires both depth and versatility: the ability to execute at a high level technically while thinking strategically about how systems, tools, and platforms can scale to meet increasing demand and global impact.
