CrossExamined International is seeking mission-driven volunteers who are passionate about captivating digital storytelling. Our Creative Team is looking for a Volunteer Video Content Producer with a strong emphasis on video production. This is your opportunity to collaborate with a team of experienced videographers and content creators who have successfully produced high-impact content for global audiences.
This volunteer role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual who thrives in storytelling through video while also supporting podcast production, content repurposing, and light graphic design.
You’ll join the CrossExamined International Creative Team and work alongside our global staff to produce high-quality Christian Apologetics content that reaches people around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production (Primary Focus)
- Edit and produce compelling video content using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and AI video tools.
- Enhance storytelling with motion graphics, transitions, overlays, and sound design.
- Optimize videos for YouTube, social media, and other digital platforms.
Podcast Production (Supportive)
- Extract and refine audio from video content for podcast distribution.
- Use Adobe Audition (or similar tools) to clean, enhance, and master audio.
- Create intros, outros, and transitions for a professional podcast experience.
Content Repurposing & Optimization (Supportive)
- Adapt video and audio content for various platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Assist in structuring content for long-term usability and archiving.
- Tag, organize, and categorize content for easy retrieval.
Graphic Design (Supportive)
- Create or modify basic graphics for videos and social media using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Manage and track content production tasks using Monday.com or similar tools.
- Collaborate with the translation team to help produce multilingual content.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content workflow efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong video production and editing skills with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Riverside, Blubrry, or third-party AI video tools.
- Proficiency in audio editing using Adobe Audition or comparable software.
- Experience in repurposing content for social media, YouTube, and podcast platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills (preferred).
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Christian Apologetics (a foundational understanding is required).
